Gym Schedule


Starts at 5 AM

Open Gym

Our open gym hours are:

  • Monday to Friday between 5 AM-9 PM

  • Saturdays between 9 AM-3 PM

Starts at 6 AM

Fitness Classes

Our fitness class times are 6 AM, 12 PM, and 6 PM every Monday to Friday

5 PM

Women's Bootcamp

Join your favourite girl gang every day between Monday to Friday at 5 PM!

Variable Times

Personal Training

We have many times available for 1 on 1 sessions including mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Reach out to learn more!

5 PM

Youth Boxing Classes

We offer youth boxing every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 5 PM.

6 PM

Kickboxing Classes

Join us for a beginner's kickboxing class every Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM.
