FITNESS YOGA BOXING
We offer a wide variety of times everyday so that you can get your sweat in everyday. Early mornings, lunch time & evenings!
If you consider yourself an athlete, or perhaps you're just looking at taking your fitness to the next level, then this class is for you! Our programs have helped athletes that have competed on an international level as well as parents who want to keep up with their children.
A typical workout includes weight lifting and high intensity interval training but we also change up our workouts on a daily basis. Our trainers will also modify exercises for you based on your experience level or injuries.
Yoga is a practice known for its elevated approach to integrating the mind-body system. An ancient tradition, modernized to benefit the lives of many - yoga has planted itself deep into millions of health-conscious individuals. Yoga brings what you are looking to get out of it, each practice personal to the practitioner. Whether that be strength, flexibility, fire or stillness. A union between breath and movement - its offerings are revealed through a number of different forms. From Hatha based movements and yin to restorative relaxations, our yoga studio is unique in its diverse range of offerings. Hit but don't get hit! If you want to learn the sweet science but don't want to spar or compete this is the class for you. We will be running you through boxing drills and boxing specific workouts. You will learn the fundamentals of boxing and improve your over all fitness. This is a fun class that you can add to your workout regiment if you're looking to mix things up.
COMPETITIVE BOXING & KICKBOXING
Anyone and everyone that is looking to compete as a fighter must enter our competitive athlete program. We take combat sports very serious and understand every risk that comes with it, so we put in the effort to make sure our athletes don't step into the ring or cage without being ready and prepared.
Our goal is to not only pass along the passion we have for the sport but to boost the confidence of our youth. We will be running our class through a series of boxing drills to build the proper fundamental foundation. We will also be putting them through a little strength and session at the end of every class. This will give them a proper introduction the physical fitness. Moreover we not only hope to teach them techniques but to also pass along the discipline and drive that comes along with the sport of boxing.
